![]() What a way to blast off the new school year 2013-2014 with the involvement of another 10 amazing volunteers! These remarkably capable 10th- and 11th-graders are participating in a municipal-sponsored program whereby they do volunteer work for a total of 60 hours for the year. Their reward? A special kind of Bagrut certificate called a Social Bagrut Certificate, prized for its social implications. At RE-SPECS, students gain other rewards too – in the words of Amit, “What you’re doing benefits another person, and that gives me a lot of satisfaction.” Participating schools include: Bnei Akiva, Ostrovsky, Meitarim and Hasharon.
