Ben Gurion University students in the Department of Africa Studies kicked off the year 2015 with an event about health that they organized as part of their studies. The event was a day devoted to health awareness and medicine, particularly among the elementary age youngsters and their families. Hosted for immigrant families in the southern city of Arad, students Yotam and Neria and their energetic co-students provided eye tests and RE-SPECS glasses for the kids in need. As you can gather, a good time was had by all!
RE-SPECS Frames for the Needy rescues used and surplus glasses frames for people in need.
